General Information

Plastisol ink is designed with the most advanced technology and made with the finest raw materials to provide the best printing opaque plastisol in the industry. With Union’s Mix-Opake inks you can simulate almost any colour in the PANTONE® Gloss Colour Selector (Coated). The Mix-Opake inks are also an excellent choice for standard colours when colour matching is not required. Mix-Opake prints easily by hand and also prints well on the fastest automatic presses.

Mix-Opake inks are balanced, ready-for-use plastisols and not concentrated pigments.

Mesh

Mix-Opake inks will print through meshes ranging from 60-230 (24-90 metric) mono-filament with excellent opacity. Colours mixed according to Mix-Opake System formulations are designed to reproduce specific colours with no white under print when printed through a 60 (24 metric) mono-filament mesh on to black 100% cotton.
